How it works

Let everyone know that you are taking orders for Tiny Tots Plates, set the price (if for fundraising add your margin to our price) and the closing date for orders.

If you like we can send you Leaflets to hand around, or you can download and print our colourful A4 size poster and display on your notice boards etc.

As soon as all orders and money are in, fill in and send us the Online Order Form or print it out and fax it to 02 8883 0534.

We will post your Drawing Templates with 50% extra for spoilt drawings and latecomers, packed in protective satchels.

Once all the drawings have been handed in, send them to us protected by the polyfoam pads with a cheque or money order and the Confirmation Order in the Reply Paid Satchel. We will count the drawings and post you a Tax Invoice. We will refund any accidental overpayment immediately.

Please be sure to enclose payment with your drawings. Contact us for payment options.

We will manufacture your Plates as quickly as we can. Allow ten weeks in all, or if your drawings arrive before August 1st allow eight weeks.

Be careful to count the Plates before handing them out to make sure they are all there. Mention to parents that the Plates are not suitable for ovens or microwaves.

As you will see from the message on the Drawing Templates, if you want copies at any time in the future just quote the number on the base of your Plate.
